Trude had come around last night for a walk and was chatting to Grace about how she was going to Tasmania tomorrow. She told Grace that if she saw a plane go by our house it might be her, so Grace should wave.
So the next afternoon we were out feeding the chooks (note the chook food container and random chook poo on the concrete!) when she spotted the plane above. She broke out into the hugest smile and yelled, "Look, it's Trudy, it's Trudy, it's Trudy - on the Jetstar plane!"
She stood there waving and yelling at the plane for the whole time that she could see it. I'm sure she truely believed that she could see Trudy on the plane, the look of amazement on her excited little face was just beautiful.
