Singing kids.

We call Xav my little camp boy.

He loves shoes, handbags and all things pretty. We had a tantrum in Target the other day because he wanted to take home the patent black leather stilettos, not the nice safe wedges that I had chosen. He threw mine and jammed his in the pram screaming "I want these ones Mummy" I wrestled with him for a bit, then asked "Who are they for Xav, me or you?" "They're for me, mummy"

Anyway, seems he's gotten over them and quite happy to totter around home in the wedges, very well I might add!

He is also a lover of a big gay icon - Pink. I blame Trudy for the obsession. Now, I do like Pink and am happy to listen to her - just not ALL THE TIME.

Both my kids got quite obsessed with "So What", and wanted it played every time we went in the car. I was ok with that the first gazillion times, but when Grace started singing it all the time (including at her calm, serene pre-school!), I thought it was time to ditch the Cd.

So we haven't listened to that song for about 2 months, then out of the blue the other day Xav starts singing it. Seems all those times of being subjected to it, must have ingrained in his psych.

So now, I have a little boy who is 2 years 3 months, and wants to sing this song at the very TOP of his voice.

So I'm blaming this on Trudy.
